Our Pastor, Matthew B. Swiatkowski
Sr. was born and raised in Kearny, New Jersey. He accepted Christ at the age of 9 and surrendered his life to the Lord in
his senior year of High School. The Lord called him to preach and he started teaching Sunday School, running the youth programs
and working the bus route.
While in College at Trinity Baptist College in Jax, Fl.
he met and later married Ann Renee Greaves of Waycross Ga. Today they have 4 children, Matthew, Melanie, Ethan and Evan.
In 1995 he was voted in as Pastor of Gospel Light Baptist
Church, after Pastor Harold Elting resigned to move to Illinois.
The preaching and pre-eminence of the Word of God is this
theme, with a burden for sinners to be saved and God's people to live Holy Lives.
